The most prestigious professional surfing contest in the world, The Pipeline Masters, has been named the Gerry Lopez Pipeline Masters for decades in recognition and respect of Gerry’s experience and skill with this legendary wave.
 
Lopez founded Lightning Bolt Surfboards in 1972. These were some of the highest performance short boards of the era and ridden by some of the best surfers in the world, on their travels to Hawaii for the pounding Winter surf.
 
Fast forward a couple decades with the re-emergence of the Hawaiian sport of stand up paddling and Gerry’s mastery of wave riding and board design translate into first class Stand up Paddle boards.

This is a performance surfing SUP. Very responsive and allows you to hit the sections you never thought would be possible on a sup.

 

All Ron House and Lopez models are epoxy which give you the actual surfboard feel and performance. Made from epoxy resin and EPS foam.


The Gerry Lopez 8'10" is ideal for beginners up to 145lbs and advanced paddlers up to 185lbs

The Gerry Lopez 9'6' is a great all around SUP.

 

You'll be able to modify the 2+1 fin set-up to adjust to the conditions. Works well in flat water and the surf.
